The caption says that Ed is sitting in “his” car, while Leo Cleary is sitting on the same car. I believe this would have been after a feature at Seekonk on July 2nd, 1972, in which Ed finished second to Fred.

I cannot be certain, but that looks like it may be Ed in the Garbarino #4. Hop Harrington is in the #1 and Bob Santos in the #9.

This photo was taken in 1974, which means that Ed could have been in the the Garbarino #4 Pinto, or the Judkins 2x Pinto. (He also drove the Lukosavage #1, but not until 1975.) My guess is that the photo is from Stafford, Labor Day 1974, and Ed was in the #4. Photo by Paul Bonneau.
